Walk in bridal & formal gown visits
Pearl & Birch welcomes walk ins during regular business hours. Walk in visits are on a first come, first serve basis. Our scheduled appointments will take priority over walk in visitors. This is to ensure that every client who books with us receives the time and attention they deserve when exploring our shoppe. If you choose to walk in there may be a short waiting period for fitting rooms or time with a consultant but we always make time to say hello and offer assistance to all of our guests.

All bridal fittings are reserved for 1.5 hours
All bridesmaid and graduation gown fittings are reserved for 1 hour
All after hours fittings are reserved for 2 hours
Reserved bridal & formal gown visits
We encourage appointments to allow us to be prepared to offer you the best possible service and experience with a guarantee that a fitting room will be available for you upon arrival. We recommend booking an appointment if you are bridal dress shopping, have a specific date in mind, you are including 3 or more guests in your visit or you desire to experience personalized attention. Maximum number of guests for reserved appointments is 6 people. This ensures we can accommodate you and your party, particularly on high volume days. Same day appointments are available upon request. All reserved visits are scheduled in our semi-private studio or main salon.
Private bridal & bridesmaids visits
Bringing a large group? Looking to shop during regular retail hours but would like a more intimate visit? Private appointments are available during regular business hours or after hours. You and your guests can enjoy the privacy of our spacious bridal studio with up to two fitting rooms and seating for up to 8 guests in addition to the full attention of a bridal consultant. There is a $25 fee to book a private appointment during regular business hours. All booking fees will be applied as a credit should a purchase be made within 7 days of your visit. Private appointments within regular hours must be booked a minimum of 48 hours in advance and are subject to availability. Appointments cancelled within 48 hours are not eligible for a refund.
After hours bridal & bridesmaids visits
For our clients who wish to create a special visit with friends or family, have busy schedules or need to accommodate out of town visitors we offer after hours visits. Private appointments are available after hours for brides or bridal parties of 3 or more. If you desire an after hours appointment a $45 fee will be required to book. All booking fees will be applied as a credit should a purchase be made within 7 days of your visit. After hours appointments must be booked one week in advance and are subject to availability. Appointments cancelled within 48 hours are not eligible for a refund.

All of our packages include complimentary coffee, tea, water and sparkling apple cider. Each option is priced per person, the balance of which is due at the time of booking. Please state any dietary or allergy concerns at the time of booking. Non refundable if cancelled within 72 hours.
